What we collect

This site has no accounts and no server-side forms. The contact tool builds your message entirely in your browser; nothing is sent to us unless you email it yourself. When you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to write.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and performance, retained for up to 30 days.

Why we use it

We use emails only to reply and to improve the journal, on the basis of legitimate interest. We never sell or share personal data for marketing.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless an ongoing conversation requires otherwise.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
